Student Checklist
Hello and welcome to Marywood University!
We are excited to have you as a part of our Marywood family.
Your next step as a new student is to complete various required items for the university.
These items can be found in your personalized New Student Checklist below.
As you progress through the Checklist, it will automatically keep track
of what items have been completed and which still need your attention.
Required Forms for $first
Please note that some forms statuses will not automatically update.If you experience difficulties in filling out some of these forms (a 'You Do Not Have Permission' message), log out of non-Marywood gmail accounts in your browser. Only your Marywood Gmail account has permission to access the forms.
Emergency Contact Information
Give us a way to contact your family in case of emergency!
Register for New Student Orientation
Students and their guests must register for Orientation. Registration will be open from April 1st-July 1st.
Health History, Physical, & Immunization Form
Student Health Forms (required for residence, or anyone using Health Services). ONLY the Health History, Physical & Immunization form is required.
Housing Forms
Will you be living on campus? You must fill out these forms!
AlcoholEdu, Sexual Assault Prevention, Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging
These will become available in August
These modules are required for all students. An email will be sent to students when the modules become available after New Student Orientation. Modules must be completed by August 19.
Authorization for Release of Student Account Information
Do you want your parents to see your financial information like bills and fees?
Foreign Language Placement
Take a test to determine your Modern Languages placement. Please read the instructions carefully and only take the test for a language you have previously studied.
Math Placement Exam
Determine which Required Math Courses you are eligible for, and which you can skip.

Athletic Intentions Information Form
Please let us know if you intend to be an Varsity athlete here at Marywood. If not, it is a simple one-question form!
Insurance Waiver Form
This will become available for incoming students in July 2021.
Health insurance is REQUIRED! If you have your own, you will need to opt out of Marywood's insurance.
Parking Registration
Register your car to get a parking sticker. You will need to log in to your Marywood Gmail account to do so.
