I am enrolled in a PhD program at Binghamton University. Marywood gave me a well-rounded education and I was given every opportunity to explore the depth and beauty of mathematics.
What is your current employment?
Currently, I'm attending Binghamton University in the Ph.D. program.
How did your math education at Marywood prepare you for your current job?
My math education prepared me for grad school by allowing me to not only take all of the courses I needed but by giving me the opportunity to take special topics courses and to do research for class, through the honors program and independently. All in all, I was given a well-rounded education and was given every opportunity to explore the depth and beauty of mathematics.
What are some of your favorite memories as a math / math secondary education major at Marywood?
Some favorite memories are the Math Department parties, having independent math arguments with Joey Kane during class and taming unruly math contest children.
