My favorite part about Marywood is the professors. They genuinely care about each student's growth- academically, professionally, and personally. They all come with a wealth of knowledge and experience that is invaluable in the classroom.
Often times the areas where social workers are desperately needed are the areas that are least-funded. Your gift aids in a sense of security, and affords me the opportunity to take a job where there is immense need. I am amazed by your generosity, and thankful for the example you have set, to live compassionately, and to give when you can. We are only given one life, and we will not be remembered for our money, our GPA, our accolades... we will be remembered for how we made people feel. You have made me feel empowered, capable, and supported. I greatly thank you.
