General Requirements for Majors

Requirements and Forms for All Undergraduate Incoming Students

All students seeking a business degree must complete the following courses:

In fulfillment of their second required Philosophy course, Business students are strongly encouraged to take PHIL 427 (Business Ethics).

Total: 42 credit hours (36 business credit hours and 6 liberal arts* credit hours)

All business students are encouraged to seek an internship during their junior or senior year. Internships provide unique on-the-job training that allows students to utilize the skills they developed in the classroom.

Students transferring from other colleges must complete a minimum of 30 credits in business courses at Marywood.


Requirements for a Minor

Student who major in another field can minor in business or forensic accounting. Both require a total of 18 credits.
