Bio

In 2007 Dr. Kenehan transferred from University of Tennessee to Graz University in Austria to accept a funded fellowship for her dissertation research on climate change and justice. Her current research interests include Rawlsian political philosophy, environmental ethics/justice, and climate justice. Dr. Kenehan is also very interested in animal ethics and philosophy of science. In her spare time, she enjoys running competitively. She was a member of her cross country team in college and while in Knoxville was sponsored by a local running club to train and compete. Dr. Kenehan also enjoys cooking, most recently taking an interest in vegan cooking, a change inspired by her work with many animal welfare groups.
