How to prepare for your appointment
- Set realistic expectations. Grammar will not matter if your assignment lacks focus, organization, does not follow directions, or is plagiarized. Good writing takes planning and revision. It is likely you will not leave one single session with a perfect paper, especially if it is lengthy and last minute, and you may require more than one session depending on your specific needs. A half hour goes by quickly, so consider a longer appointment if you are questioning time.
- Upload assignment directions and current writing in the appointment form or arrive prepared and organized with assignment material readily available on paper or laptop.
- Arrive on time and with clear expectations of what you wish to accomplish.
- Understand how to use Zoom, using your Marywood account before selecting the virtual appointment option. Contact [email protected] for Zoom or technical assistance.
