Year-long, full-time PAID positions

 NEW LOCATIONS in the Mountain states, Midwest and East U.S. States

  Open units for Residency include: All ICUs, ER, Operating Room, Med/Surg, Med/Tele Cardiac, Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Critical Care, Complex Surgical Transplant, Step Down Unit, Acute Rehab, Behavioral Health, PACU, and more

SITES: some of these hospitals are on the East and Southeast coast near beaches – and other hospitals are in mountainous areas.  The hospital sites range from large 800-bed Level 1 Trauma Centers to a smaller Community Hospital setting.  Beds range from under 100 to over 800.

  • Cohort start dates are February, March, and April
  • Will accept New Graduates with an Associates or Bachelors Nursing Degree
  • Will accept LTAC/Correctional/Rehab/Nurses seeking to get back into acute care
  • Visa Sponsorship offered for international students (must have an active OPT) 

COMPENSATION:

  • About $27 - $30/hour
  • Sign-On Bonuses range up to $10,000 plus Relocation on top
  • Relocation Packages

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

  • 6 weeks in classroom
  • 8 weeks of preceptorship
  • Remainder of 1st year: you will have a mentor; these are RNs who enjoy training
  • Monthly meetings w/Directors to chart your progress and plan future career goals

OVERVIEW:

  • An opportunity to grow and gain clinical experience in a Specialty Unit with a supportive environment that includes mentoring, professional development, and peer support.
  • Many new grads gain specialty certifications, become preceptors, mentors, charge nurses, and /or grow into other specialties/service lines. 
  • You will be trained to be an Expertise in handling sophisticated medical equipment
